1 kg boneless beef cut into thin slices
Marinade:
2 - 3 tsp red chilli pwd (based on taste)
1/2 tsp coriander pwd
1/2 tsp jeera pwd
1/4 tsp turmeric pwd
1/4 tsp pepper pwd
2-3 tsp Oil
8-10 garlice flakes crushed
1/2 " ginger crushed
1/2 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
Jiuce of 1 lime
For frying:
1 tblsp oil
2-3 medium size onions
6-8 curry leaves
1 medium size tomato
Method:
Marinate beef overnight with ingredients under marinade.
Pressure cook the meat.
In a large kadai fry onions till golden brown, add curry leaves and chopped tomato, fry for 2 mins. Add cokked meat and fry on low flame till gravy thickens to coat meat,
