Chicken chops--chicken I kg(leg ,breast)
Garlic 1 pod
Chilli powder
2tsp
Pepper
power1tsp
Green chilli
paste1tsp
Butter 2tsp
Onion 2
Palak leaves
Method-
Heat butter till
it melts. Remove from fire n add garlic ,chilli powder, pepper, green chilli
paste n salt. Marinate chicken for min 4-5 hrs and fry the chcken on high flame
for a few minutes.
Heat oil/ butter
and fry whole garam masala and add onions, when almost brown add pureed palak,
when it boils add the chicken pieces and boil till chicken is cooked.
Pray for the bats
that are trapped while you eat the curry :D
