Madhu brinjal sukka


15 small brinjals,(slit) Kashmiri chillies10 ,jeera 1tsp ,khuskhus1tsp Coriander seeds 3 tbsp Mustard half tsp, Turmeric Garlic 5 3 big onions Tamarind (big lump) Grind all the above ingredients to a fine paste with water. In a pan add 3-4 tbsp of oil, add mustard, crushed garlic, urud dal n kadi patta. Add the masala n fry well till all the raw smell goes then add little water jaggery n salt when it starts boiling add d brinjals n cook till done.
