2cups finely sieved wheat flour
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
7-8 cardamoms,powdered.
Method:
Heat ghee in a thick bottomed vessel. When hot lower the fire. Add wheat flour till it becomes brown,stirring continuously. Add sugar. Remove from d fire n mix thoroughly along with cardamom powder.when slightly cool, shape into small laddos...makes abt 20-25 laddoos..
