Ingredients
2 Cups Dosa Rice or Basmathi rice
1 Cup Coconut milk or more
1 Cup Pori/Puffed rice
1 Cup jaggery
1 Big Banana
1 tbsp Methi seeds
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Method
1. Soak Rice and Methi in water for 2 hours.
2. Grind all the ingredients together to fine paste.
3. Batter should not be very thick or thin.
4. Heat oil in a pan and pour ladleful batter and fry both sides until golden brown.
