Tenu Andhra chilly chicken

 1 kilo chicken cut in cubes

15 green chilies

Ghee

1 pinch turmeric

5-6 crushed garlic flakes

Cornflour

Vinegar

Salt to taste

Method:

Grind 10 green chilies with salt and vinegar into a paste and marinate the cubed chicken for a couple of hours.

Fry the remaining slit green chilies in ghee and add marinated chicken and a pinch of haldi. Toss it around till the paste is dry. Add 1 cup water & cook. When3/4 cooked add crushed garlic . When chicken is cooked mix cornflour with water and add . Give a good mix. Add a dollop of ghee on top.
