Ingredients:
eggs 3
pinch of salt granulated sugar 150g vanilla extract 5ml vegetable oil 150g orange juice 150ml orange zest 50g all purpose flour 200g baking powder 10g icing sugar
Method:
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla essence in electric beater till well mixed. Add oil and blend some more. Add orange juice and blend a couple more mins. Add orange zest and mix with balloon whisk. Add flour and gently fold with balloon whisk.
Pre heat airfryer at 180 C for 5 mins. Pour batter into greased and bake paper layered cake pan. Bake at 165 C for 45 mins.
